The conference fee includes: the conference papers, the conference proceeding with the full-text published papers, the coffee breaks and the official dinner.
The submitted papers will be written in English, after the reviewing process by the scientific committee, they will be published in special issues of the:
„Geographia Technica” – covered by the Emerging Sources Citation Index Thompson Reuters
(if you opt for this you must sent your paper till 15 August 2016 and if accepted you must pay a suplimentary fee of 60 EUR for publication)
„Geographia Napocensis” – journal indexed in international databases
„Studia Geographia” – journal indexed in international databases
Power Point Presentations and posters will be in English. Oral presentation during the conference may be in English or Romanian, ensuring translation where is needed.
